Professional Development : Home

A guide to resources available through the library that support professional development at Mercer County Community College.

The Professional Collection

The college library maintains a collection of materials for professional development:

  • There is a small collection of printed books, available only to the MCCC community, located on a shelf next to the study rooms. For assistance locating the shelf, please ask a library staff member. You can view the complete collection through the library's public catalog.
  • There are many professional development titles in the library's leased e-book collections, in addition to permanently-acquired e-books found in the catalog.
  • Articles from periodicals are found in the library's subscription databases.
  • The library's institutional subscription to the Chronicle of Higher Education is online. This and other relevant titles are featured on the Library's home page.

For assistance with any of these resources, please contact the library.

While the library building is closed during the pandemic, the fastest way to reach the library is to email library@mccc.edu.
